Rodec Pharma recently organized a Farmers Meet in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, bringing together progressive dairy farmers for an engaging and interactive knowledge-sharing session focused on animal health, productivity, and effective farm management practices.

At Rodec Pharma, we believe that sustainable progress in dairy farming begins with access to the right knowledge and practical insights. The Farmers Meet provided an opportunity for farmers to exchange experiences, discuss challenges, and explore practices that can contribute to healthier animals and more productive farms.

The session featured valuable discussions around animal health management, improving productivity, and adopting better dairy farming practices. The active participation and enthusiasm of the farmers made the event an enriching platform for learning, interaction, and knowledge exchange.

Annual Royal Club Meeting 2024

Rodec Pharma proudly honoured the dedication and outstanding achievements of our top-performing sales force at the Royal Club Meeting 2024. Held at the majestic Bhanwar Singh Palace, Rajasthan, this year’s event was particularly special as we celebrated a remarkable milestone — ₹100 crore in sales in 2024. 

The Royal Club is more than an event; it is a symbol of excellence, recognizing the relentless commitment of our Royal Tigers, whose efforts continue to drive Rodec Pharma’s success. Their perseverance and passion set new benchmarks in the veterinary healthcare industry.

Our Managing Director, Mr. Mukesh Gupta, along with our esteemed management Dr. Maneesh Kumar Gupta and General Manager Mr. Vijay Singh, applauded the achievements of our sales champions, reinforcing Rodec’s commitment to recognizing and rewarding excellence.

Dear Team Rodec,

As I sit down to write this message, my heart swells with gratitude, pride, and an overwhelming sense of joy. Together, we’ve turned what once seemed like a distant dream into an extraordinary reality—achieving 100 crore sales in 2024. This is more than a milestone; it’s a celebration of your perseverance, passion, and the unyielding spirit of the Rodec family.

Looking back to 1997, when Rodec was just a fledgling idea, I could never have imagined this moment. What started as a humble endeavor—with two people, a vision, and 12 lakh in sales in our first year—was born out of a simple desire: to create stability and build a peaceful life.

But as the years unfolded, Rodec became so much more than a business. It grew into a shared journey—a tapestry woven with dreams, hard work, and an unwavering belief in what we could achieve together. I still remember how monumental it felt when we crossed 1 crore in sales after five years, and later when we touched 50 crore in 2021. Even then, the thought of reaching 100 crore felt audacious. And yet, here we stand—strong, proud, and thriving.

For someone who comes from a small town and began their journey with a modest ₹700 salary, this milestone is beyond anything I could have imagined. It’s a testament to the power of dreaming big, embracing challenges, and supporting one another.

This success belongs to all of you. Each one of you has been instrumental in shaping this journey. From those who’ve been with us since the early days to those who joined along the way, your dedication, innovation, and teamwork have driven Rodec to greater heights. You are the heart and soul of this achievement.

I am deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in our vision, the resilience you’ve shown during tough times, and the determination with which you’ve faced every challenge. Together, we’ve proven that the boldest dreams are achievable when fueled by passion and collaboration.

Reaching this milestone also reminds us that success is not just about numbers—it’s about the risks we’ve taken, the lessons we’ve learned, and the courage we’ve shown. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been worth every effort.

As we celebrate this remarkable achievement, let us take a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come and to honor the collective strength that brought us here. And while today we celebrate 100 crore, let’s remember: this is just the beginning. If we can achieve this, there’s no limit to what lies ahead.
